Teams play regular matches, usually on Saturday mornings, these can be home on our pitch on Long Street in Newport, or away at various venues accross the county. Out of football season, the teams sometimes compete in tournaments in Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.
There are also regular training sessions, these usually take place on Tuesday evenings for an hour.
Regular fund raising bingo nights, normally held at Llwyngwair Manor on the outskirts of Newport provide a great evening out and a good opportunity to meet up with each other and everyone involved in the club.
