The accommodation and location
Gwylfa is situated right in the hub of Newport Town, it's ideal for those who like to be in the thick of all that Newport has to offer.
Inside the house, you'll find a coastal theme that runs throughout, blue's and white's give Gwylfa a real sense of it's seaside town setting and the owners have thought hard about making the house an ideal base for walkers - with ample space for boots, coats and any other paraphernalia you'd like to bring.
In the living area, you'll discover coastal paintings, two comfy sofa's, a smart TV, and exposed wooden beams - ideal for a cosy after a day at the beach or chilling out on after the customary hike to take in the view from the summit of Carningli mountain.
In the open plan kitchen / diner, a five ring hob has pride of place, plus all the utensils required to rustle up a hearty meal before devouring it around the large oval dining table. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, a large hanging rack and a dehumidifier for drying any wet gear.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms - all with comfy double beds. One bedroom sports an en suite, and there's also a separate family bathroom with a shower and double wash basins. Both bathrooms also have baths - ideal for soaking away those long coastal and mountain walks.
To the rear of the property is a cosy courtyard garden with a table and chairs.

On a quiet single lane road right in the heart of Newport - just minutes from eateries, shops and galleries. There are also ample walks to discover right from the doorstep - left, right, up or down - you'll be spoilt for choice.
